Stepping into the Polynesian Resort will instantly transform your tired weary hard worked bones into a tranquil fragrant exciting start to a fabulous vacation. If you have never stayed at any of Disney’s deluxe hotels, you really are in for a treat.rnrnThe building is vast and beautiful and is like stepping into a resort in Hawaii. Immediately you will be treated with white gloves and gold hat connoisseur services that will make you feel like a king or queen.rnrnThe kids will be enthralled as soon as they walk into the foyer of the hotel with its 3 story beautiful thick lush jungle with crystal clear waterfalls and exotic colorful birds. Everywhere you look inside the Disney Polynesian Resort you’ll hear the sounds and smells of a tropical island.rnrnAs you walk the beautiful grounds of the Polynesian Resort, you can’t help but notice the beautiful aroma of Gardenias. Every path you take island music sings and the smell of Gardenias is on every breath of wind. You won’t ever forget the smell, trust me.rnrnThis great Disney Deluxe Resort offers many amenities with their packages and can accommodate just about any need possible. During our trip we booked a simple room. The room was furnished with a refrigerator, two queen beds and a day bed. The accommodations were comfortable but not extravagant. We used Disney’s Magical Express and our luggage magically appeared in our room when we came back from the park.rnrnDisney’s Polynesian Resort sits on the southern shore of the Seven Seas Lagoon south of the Magic Kingdom. The Polynesian is served by the Magic Kingdom monorail service and sits across from the other Walt Disney World monorail resorts. A super fun mode of transportation that serves the resort is Disney’s Magic Kingdom Resorts Water Launch service. The Polynesian has the most convenient transportation to the Magic Kingdom and Epcot of all the Disney hotels.rnrnThe pool area at the Polynesian Resort is one of my favorites pools in the world. The Volcano Pool called Nanea has music piped right in to it and has a great view of the Magic Kingdom. The quiet pool allows adults some quiet time away from the noise and bustle.rnrnThe grounds of the resort are so soothing and relaxing. I love walking around the resort drinking in the wonderful smells and colors. It reminded me of being in Hawaii. Between the pools, the white sandy beach, the playground, game room, arcades and outdoor food and drink, I could have spent every minute of my whole Walt Disney World vacation at the hotel.rnrnThe best day we had was the one day we spent at the hotel and my two daughters got their hair braided on the beach while the ducks and other birds walked up to feed out of our hands. We enjoyed the island music that continued to relax us emanating into the air while eating and drinking the endless cuisine all afternoon long. That day we ended it with a beautiful Luau on the grounds of Disney Polynesian Resort.rnrnAfter writing this piece, I yearn to go back to the Polynesian Resort; it was well worth the cost.rnrnIf you are interested in any further information about Disney’s Polynesian Resort, visit on the link below.rnrnwww.dadsguidetowdw.com/polynesian-resort.html
