Getting a coach means you would have someone in your life to get you to do the things you do not wish to do so you are able to get to where you want to be. nnAnd this is true even if your life seems to be working already. The reality is, everybody can benefit by using a coach. If you have access to a telephone, you will be able to hire a coach. With long distance costing so little these days (frequently free), the cost for calls is minimal.nnFolks work with a coach for various reasons. The thread that people hiring coaches share is a strong desire to change something in their life to produce a future of their choosing.nnOnce you decide you want to hire a coach, though, dont just go out and hire the first one you find. Do your homework. Make sure your coach has been properly trained in the skills of coaching through an accredited coach training school. Interview more than one coach and get a feel for who they are and whether they have the experience you need to be effective as your coach.nnFinally, use your gut.
