A lot of people have either tried to give up smoking or did all they could to lose weight, but in the end were unsuccessful.rnrnWhy is that?rnrnIt is simply because their unconscious beliefs stopped them.rnrnLet’s say you wanted to lose some weight, you got excited, probably joined a fitness club or started going out for long brisk walks or even jogging. You went back to your old eating habits and your exercise routine was added to the ‘excuse jar’.rnrnAgain, we ask why is that?rnrnIt’s because your limiting beliefs prevented you from doing what you wanted.
