All of us, unconsciously, spend a lot of time and effort trying to avoid feeling or realizing our negative emotions. What a waste of time and energy! rnrnInstead, if we would just spend a little time creating in ourselves an awareness of our focus of attention, it would be easier to let go of that negative emotion and move on.rnrnDon
