At least you can afford to engage in a fitness program and build yourself up; it'll guarantee your good health and long life.

Who says that life has to stop simply because you are retiring and are getting older? Retirement is not about living a sedentary life. Retirement is simply having more time on your hands to do the things that you may have always wanted to do but simply did not have enough time for.
