What can I claim?

You may have already submitted your claim to recover ‘unfair’
Bank charges but like millions of others not realised that
‘unfair’ credit card charges can be claimed too.
Unlike bank charges there is no waiver that has been issued
by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) meaning claims are
not frozen or delayed. I f you have had unfair charges added
to your credit card account within the last six years; we can
