Top Reasons You Should Not Live Paycheck To Paycheck

By: Eric Transue

Let me ask you the following question? Do you need to wait for your paycheck in order to pay the current months bills? Most people do. What would happen if for some reason you lost your job? How would you choose which bills you were going to let go unpaid? Cable tv, food, electricity, cellphone service, or even insurance? The decision can be hard and only gets harder the longer you go without a paycheck. This is exactly why you should not live paycheck to paycheck!
Wouldn't it be great to be able to pay your bills each month with money you already have in the bank? Your bill comes in the mail and you immediately send in the payment. You no longer have to put it in a stack on the counter top until you are able to get your next paycheck. How wonderful would that be?
If you have been fighting with finance issues, this probably comes across like some made up scenario. Quite the opposite is true. Most do not get by paycheck to paycheck. These aren't super rich and wealthy people I am talking about. These people are similar to you and have realized how to take away the tension of paying their monthly bills from their lives.
It is not as difficult as it might seem. Of course it will take some sacrifice on your part to get started, but isn't it worth it to get rid of some of your financial concerns. You know the head aches you have when you cannot make your payments on time or you receive that ridiculous late or overdraft fee.
