For those who prepare, knives issue. Good cooking equipment and tools causes it to be a real pleasure, as well as easier and faster. Professionally, I own both kinds and find I prefer each kind for different activities. It's but a truly matter of personal preference. It is best to do even more research. One thing is for certain but. If you have been using average knives, and a lot of people have been, the difference in quality can and will surprise you!
