Mandela Aikman joined university of Windsor in September 2001 for making his career in Electrical Engineering. As per his High school education, he joined Ardenne High School, Kingston Jamaica from Sept 1993 - Jun 2000 and his main subjects were English Language(1), English Literature(1), Computer Science(1), Mathematics (2), Principles of Business(2), Biology(2) and Physics (C), Chemistry( C).

Mandela Aikman was involved in manufacturing system analysis and design and performed task related to inventory control and analysis. From Jan 2005 - May 2008, Mandela Aikman was selected as a Project Engineer for Grace Food Processors Canning Grace Kennedy and designed and supervised capitol projects for Grace Canning. Mandela Aikman was selected as a manager in Jamaica steel Industrial Equipment Limited (Self Employment) from July 2008 - Feb 2010 after completing his studies. He marketed equipment for International suppliers and negotiated raw material supplies on behalf of local buyers.

He was interested in designing new and improved beverage blending system. He concentrated on other main systems like:

· Improved Steam systems
· Supervised installation of well and RO system for plant water supply
· Assisted in preparing the plant for HAACP certification
· Designed and installed CIP systems
· Ensured plant production systems met good manufacturing requirements
· Sourced capitol equipment.

From Oct 2000 to Jun 2001, he employed as a Teacher for extra curricular classes in Ardenne High School, Jamaica and provide lectures on various subjects such-as Advanced Level Mathematics, English Language, English Literature, Biology and Principles of Business.

He joined Creative Options Promotional Group, Kingston, Jamaica and worked there from May 2001 - Aug 2001 and acquired experience in Public relations, crowd control, staff management, and problem resolution in pressure situations. For data entry of invoices for incoming cargo vessels from international waters, Mandela Aikman joined Summer Job Jamaica Customs Services, Kingston Harbor, Jamaica, from Jul 2000 - Aug 2000.

As per his Engineering Related Skills he acquire god knowledge for computer, CAD Packages - Cadkey 19/Computer blue print preparation, AutoCad, Qbasic, C Operating Systems - Windows Xp, 98 & NT, DOS, Databases - Foxpro, Visual Basic, Spreadsheets - Excel, Word, Project Management Training, Haacp Training, Food Handlers Trainine etc.

In 2003, Mandela Aikman was honored as a President Black Students Union University of Windsor and in 2001 he was selected for Young Government Leadership Training. From 1997 - 2000 Deans List Ardenne High school and in 1998 - 2000 he was President Methodist for Youth Group and captain of Ardenne High School Chess Team.

As per his athletic achievements, from 1999 - 2000, he was selected as member of Ardenne High semi-final Manning Cup team (soccer). From 1998 - 2000 he was selected as member of Ardenne High Sunlight Cricket Team. From 1993 - 1996 he was engaged as member of Ardenne High Swimming Team. From 1993 - 2000, he was selected as member of Ardenne High Chess Team.
