How to Build Muscle Fast with a Fast Metabolism - Tips for Gaining Weight

If you have struggled in the weight room and can't seem to gain weight it can be due to several factors. Anyone with a quick metabolism is going to have greater issue with fast weight gain since their caloric needs are much bigger plus if they are not meeting those needs there will not be enough muscle building resources to gain muscle mass. Step up Calories with Healthy Fats
Nearly all skinny guys are always being told they need to eat more. They get sick of eating as we all have a specific threshold of how much we can possibly stuff down our mouths in a day. The trick is to feature the right types of calories. Initial make sure you're obtaining a minimum of 1.5grams of protein per pound of bodyweight everyday. That is the fundamental nutrient to make new muscle so you need enough to gain muscle fast.

The problem is that a fast metabolic rate is using everything for energy together with protein to fuel itself so by the time it is completed supplying energy to the body there's nothing left for muscle growth. Add healthy fats to your bodybuilding diet and you can typically increase your total daily calories by five hundred to 1000 a day. Eat almonds, walnuts, cashews, and pecans by the handful for snacks in between meals. These are very calorically dense and will add many hundred calories of healthy fats, protein, and fiber while not thinking about it. It isn't something you have to think about to prepare as you can simply keep a sandwhich bag of mixed nuts wherever you go.

To provide your mixed nuts an even larger caloric kick add several dried cranberries or raisins to give it a carbohydrate kick. To make it even healthier get some cacao nibs and add a couple tablespoons to the assortment. Cacao nibs are very high in flavanoids which is a very powerful antioxidant and can assist your body fight off free radicals from the strain of training and daily life.

When trying to gain weight you don't necessarily have to overindulge so you can't move. It's a better strategy to just keep eating throughout the day to keep a continuous flow of nutrients.
