Convert your article into a press release

Such companies are searching for newer techniques to spend less on marketing and earn huger profits. This public relation activity helps to turn internet traffic into prospective clients who eventually increase or decrease sales. Posts about a company’s objectives and services offered can be converted into a press release with the steps mentioned below.


Headline is the main part of the press release. Give the press release a catchy and attractive headline. Blog posts or Website content usually has a simple headline. However, press releases should have a headline which looks like news or an announcement.

At the outset of the press release, write in a nutshell about the entire article. Mention about the topic in around 3 lines. Next write about the lead sentence. Make the lead sentence in such a way that people are tempted to read the entire press release. Make sure you cover all the main points in the summary and lead sentence.

The first paragraph should mainly be about the importance of the topic. Discuss in deal about the importance of these press releases and write about its role in increasing traffic to the site and develop more links. This would certainly explain how prospective clients and website traffic gets converted into sales for the new business.

After you have written the press release, have a look through it once again. Check out if the press release you have written down is fit to be “news”. Review the press release and ensure that your press release is written lucidly and has the right flow to make the readers stick to it. Make sure your press release is not plagiarized. If the article is previously written on the blog, make sure you write each line in a different way than that in the post uploaded before.

Author information should be written at the end of the press release which should mention about the company’s contact information. The company’s website address and contact numbers should be included in the press release so that the clients or media reporters can contact the company.
