Moreover, for additional support, you can also place a small rolled-up towel and if possible, for at least part of the day you can use a stand-up desk. Also, for checking walk for a few minutes, stretch your lower back and leg muscles, and posture to remind yourself you can set a timer of 50 minutes to an hour on your phone.

Lower back problems could be easily caused by lifting your young child, unloading grocery bags from the car so, it is important to safeguard your lower back pain while lifting.
