Each article we receive is reviewed to ensure it is original, quality content written by you. This review is performed to protect our publishers and website owners to ensure the articles they use are of the highest quality.

1. Article Use - You agree to use any of the articles on our site, you must include the author's instructions as included in their resource information; you must include the author's resource box and agree not to change any of the content, title, links or resource information. Use of our articles is at your own risk; we do not guarantee the content of the articles published on our site.


2. Web Sites- You agree not to use any of our articles on sites that use redirects to illegal sites; contain profanity, illegal or criminal content, hatred, profanity, pornography, or computer hacking information.


3. Resell - You agree not to sell any of out articles for profit.


4. Translate- You agree not to translate the content of articles from our site in any language without prior consent from The Article Trunk.


5. Nofollow Tag - You agree not to use the rel=nofollow tag when using our articles on your web site.


6. Spam - You agree not to use articles from The Article Trunk in any unsolicited email, any form of spamming or popup ads.


7. Audio - You agree not to convert any articles from The Article Trunk into any audio format.


8. Submittals Per Day - To prevent a backlog of articles waiting for approval, you may not submit more than 3 articles per day.
9. Violation- Any violation of our Terms of Service must be corrected in 24 hours. If the violation is not corrected within this time-frame, you agree we may contact your web host provider to reach you and serve this notice; written notice must be received by The Articles Trunk within 48 hours to resolve the violation.


10. Authors - If you sign up as an author, you agree to receive occassional eMail from us on promotions we sponsor. If you do not wish to receive these notifications, you agree not to become a published author of The ARTICLE Trunk directory. As an author, you agree to follow the Submission Guidelines when submitting articles. Repeat article submissions that do not follow our published guidelines will be considered SPAM and will automatically cause your account to be DELETED. Repeat offenders will be banned from The ARTICLE Trunk directory and all published articles WILL BE DELETED.

The Article Trunk reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to review this policy before using The Article Trunk.
