Sam Brookes has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years. Qualifying as an Aerobics Instructor in 1994, Sam became a Personal Trainer with a specialism in Pilates 5 years later. Working with a wide spectrum of clients with different needs and aims, Sam became more and more interested in the role diet & nutrition plays in people’s health so her studies took her in a more nutritional direction. Sam is now a qualified nutritional therapist with further qualifications in weight management and applied nutrition, with a particular focus on vitamin & mineral supplements and the specific benefits they can bring. This wide expertise enables Sam to take an holistic approach to her clients’ objectives and advise on everything from exercise programmes to individual supplement regimes. Sam is also a keen writer and enjoys sharing her wide knowledge base on many subjects relating to health and fitness.
