For best results, buy some Post--It-Notes(r) stickers and write down everything on such a sticker, and construct copies of it on other stickers. Then stick those stickers at every corner of your address so that you are reminded of your weight loss goals everyday. Don't put behind you to stick them on your kitchen and fridge as well: persons are the places where you are most likely to be tempted to eat the 'forbidden foods' or 'cheat' on your diet program!
