It's all too easy to be a couch potato, particularly after a hard day of work. The temptation to crash out on the sofa, watch your favorite television program and eat your favorite snack, can be all too tempting. However, this kind of lifestyle will have a negative impact on your health and wellbeing. Exercise does more than merely keep you at a healthy physical fitness level; it also affects your mental well-being.
