Few of the possible Vagifem side effects include: swelling of face, lips and tongue; difficulty in breathing, lump in the breast, pain in the chest, vision problems and dizziness. The standard Vagifem dosage for treating the symptoms is one tablet once a day that is inserted vaginally for first 15 days. Then the dosage is reduced to one tablet, two times a week.
