What Causes Stretch Marks?

It's commonly known that in order to get stretch marks you require to get pregnant. This is considered to be only one reason, you can get these unpleasant marks by lots of others. How to get rid of them one may ask. The best defense is to stick to products that are designed to treat stretch lines and marks. Vitamin E is crucial element which helps to reduce the appearance of these skin marks. Additional moisturizing also reduces their appearance. There are many over the counter products which are fighting or preventing the appearance of skin stretch lines and laser therapy is another option.

As we have already mentioned staying well hydrated (which is good advice anyway) by drinking several glass of water is the best way to avoid stretch marks, as this will help keep the skin soft and supple. Other recommendations for pregnant include the necessity to wear proper supportive garments that are designed for pregnant ladies and fitted to your body shape. This is a bit more expensive than cheaper generic maternal wear, but your body will thank you in the long run.
