THE STORY OF VITO GAMBERALE, F2I'S CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER


Born in 1944, Vito Gamberale graduates Mechanical Engineer on La Sapienza University of Rome in 1968 and, on the same place, becomes Mechanical Systems assistant professor.
After this experience, He works for important societies as IMI (Istituto Mobiliare Italiano) and GEPI (Società per le Gestioni e Partecipazioni Statali) and He gets in touch with the industrial fabric of the country, growing expertise and skills.
From 1984 to 1991, Vito Gamberale, as President and Chief Executive Officer of some group societies, achieve Eni's textile area and other "no core" compartments privatization.
He then enters in Sip and in the nineties He contributes to the mobile telephony explosive growth in Italy.
Before becoming F2i's CEO, He works for 21 investimenti and Autostrade which, under his leadership, has an EBITDA increase from 1 to 2 billions of euro.
