The Aluminum Coating Process Made Easy

By: James30

In the galvanic series aluminum metal is on the anodic side. It is readily oxidized like zinc and magnesium. The aluminum oxide is very hard, corrosion resistant, insulator, abrasion resistant and very tenacious. In most natural form, the oxide of aluminum is less than 0.5 microns in thickness. Though this naturally occurring thin film, being attached to a soft ductile metal can be easily damaged. Thus the aluminum coating process also known as anodizing should be carried out carefully. Weak alkali solutions should be used to remove oils and greases and to remove heavy oxides, surface should be properly etched. The insoluble components which remain on the etched surface is removed by dipping it in desmut solution.
There are three basic methods by which aluminum coating manufacturers introduce color into the anodized films: 1st) surface pigments /dyes : here a bath consisting of organic dyes or inorganic pigments is prepared in which the anodized aluminum is immersed. Mostly all the organic colors get affected by environmental causes like UV rays etc. 2nd) integral colors: these colors are prepared by electrochemical means. A special electrolyte is prepared and aluminum is immersed with required electrical conditions and temperature.3rd) electrolytic deposition: here the base of the anodic film is deposited with naturally stable metals and metal oxides.
Ventilators work on replenishing oxygen, removing unpleasant smells and excess moisture basically changing or replacing air in any space. The main functions of ventilation equipment manufacturer are to design, manufacture and distribute efficient, innovative and reliable thermal comfort products for horticultural, industrial, agricultural, rental and commercial applications. The thermal comfort solutions include: dryers, confined space ventilators, radiant heaters, industrial wash down duty fans, exhaust fans, low and high pressure misting fans, air circulators, tuff and gusty carpet dryers, portable evaporative coolers, evaporative cooling systems and many more.
Centrifuge-top discharge, centrifuge-bag lift, centrifuge-bottom discharge, centrifuge-pilot plant, centrifuge-top driven, ribbon blender, rotary vacuum dryer, rotary kiln, rotary dryer, reaction vessel, spray dryer, ball mill, air classifying mill, jet mill, rotary drum dryer, rotary autoclave, spin flash dryer, agitated nutsche filter, multiple effect evaporators, distillation systems, metal agitators, storage tank, catch/receiver pots, chilling plant, high speed mixers are some of the very basic equipments manufactured by chemical equipment manufacturers. The production unit should be well equipped, it should also be facilitated with a research and development i.e. R&D department under a strict surveillance of an expert.
In order to meet up the demands of the customer and to provide unmatched quality standards the chemical process equipment manufacturers make the best use of available resources. They have an ultra modern infrastructure built over a wide area along with the latest range of machinery and tools for manufacturing task. Their main motto is to provide the customers a class of products and to be one of the most reckoned names in the market. Their products are made to meet up the global requirements as per international quality standards.
