By: Salvador Paez

Tampa is one of the best places to live in the whole west coast mainly because it is the largest and one of the most famous cities in Florida. It is found along the western end of Florida and makes up a third of the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater metropolis. As a city it has certainly many things to show for itself and one of these things is the wealth of job opportunities available within it.

Because Tampa is such a well-run and beautiful city, it's only logical that thousands of people come every year to try their luck there. Some 300,000 people go to Tampa every year, and the statistic is seen to grow more and more as the years go by.

Tampa residents are employed in some of the best and most progressive industries in the world. This fact ensures that Tampa retains the prestige it has earned for itself. There are about 740,000 employees in the Hillsborough County alone, a respectable number that is set to grow to new heights in the future.

In Tampa there are a lot of banks and telecommunication businesses that need people to manage, maintain and run their industries. But that's not the end of things. The city of Tampa itself is being enlarged and developed to accommodate more people. Not only is there room for a lot more people who go there to find success but also an assurance of a booming real estate industry.

Tampa\'s city area is not the only busy place in Tampa, either. Tampa\'s port is the seventh largest in the United States, and Florida\'s biggest port. Many ships are anchored here and provide yet another source of income for Tampa.

Because it has a lot of good and prestigious schools, even students who seek part time work will enjoy themselves here. Truly, Tampa is a place that just about anybody can call home.
