It can really make your brain hurt trying to choose a spa treatment nowadays due to the amount of choice. As well as selling the common treatment types, the majority of spas have their own specialities and signature offerings. You could be having to choose from a selection of over 100 treatments and this is no easy task for even a spa day pro. Here however are 3 of the top treatments that you cannot really go wrong with and are a good place to start if you’re new to experiencing health spa treatments

Massage – People have been using massage to relieve muscle tension, repair damage and reduce stress for hundreds and hundreds of years.It's a fantastic beginner treatment that should be on offer at any good health spa. If you've never had a massage before, go for a neck, back and shoulders option first. Then depending on how much you need you can upgrade to a full body.

Body wraps – wraps are one of those things that can really only be done at a spa and are always a nice treat for your skin. Most body wraps comprise of covering the skin with a moisturizing and detoxifying mix of products and then wrapping you up in a warm wrap. A great deal of toxins can be removed from the body this way as the heat opens with pores very well...also letting the nutrients in the products flow in. This leaves your skin looking brand new and is also incredibly relaxing.

Facial - These are one of those things that lots of people are scared of trying but wonder why they didn't have on sooner once they've tried it. Spa facial products are usually of a quality that not many people have used before and contain many nutrients that you're skin will soak up.The can also be even more relaxing than massage sometimes so there is often no better way to bring your day at the spa to a close.
