Yoga for kids? Certainly! A centuries old practice, yoga has been recognizedas an required practice for physical and mental health. The benefits of yoga are countless. Our kids can immediately adopt this practicewhich leads to increased flexibility, coordination, increased strength, enhanced concentration and stress relief, which will result ina lifetime of benefits for them! Don't get mad, if they aren't performing them exactly right. Instead, allow this to be an experience inself discovery with your guidance.
