Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Then place garlic in roasting pan and place the chicken over it. After this top it with other ingredients and season it with salt and pepper. Now place in preheated oven.
Roast the oven till it is golden brown but remember to turn it occasionally. Make sure that the broth has almost evaporated with just olive oil left behind. Remove the chicken and garlic and serve it with lemon wedges.
