But in Thailand I think you need your head examined if you are thinking about taking to the roads on two wheels.
Not so here.
Because these villas are just 200 metres from Nai Harn Lake in the South of Phuket.
And the 2.5Km path around it is ideal for cycling - no cars, trucks or motorbikes to dodge.
If you prefer to walk itís perfect for that too.
But if cycling and walking are not your thing - how about some Dragons and Swans?
Donít worry Iím not crazy - well not yet.
You see Nai Harn Lake has boats in the shape of swans.
If you donít believe me take a look...
Itís also one of only 3 places in Phuket that hosts Dragon Boat Racing every year.
The thing is these villas are also good value for money.
Starting at 10,800,000 baht (US$ 350,082).
But the developer hasn't skimped on materials.
He has used Haffle in the bathrooms and Gorenje in the kitchen.
I quite like the layout too.
Especially the roof terrace, which has mountain views.
The kitchen is pretty snazzy - with its black cabinetry.
There's also plenty of natural light Ė thanks to the open-plan format and large sliding glass doors.
One of the best features is the master bedroom...
It has a huge en-suite bathroom with black tiles, an oval bathtub and twin sinks.
A rain shower completes the picture.
And if you like the outdoors you can relax on your private balcony.
The show villa has a glass elevator which takes you up to the roof top.
But the developer admits it's a bit of a gimmick.
And at an extra 600,000 Baht (US$19,212) it doesn't come cheap.
Although if you donít want it - there is a spiral staircase fitted as standard.
If you are interested, you have a choice of 2 or 3 bedroom models.
All the villas have a small garden, a garage and automatic gate.
Plus, the estate has 24-7 security.
Everything will be finished by December this year.
There are only 8 villas and 2 are already sold.
And there is a reservation on another.
So if you're interested let me know today.
Of course, the best thing you can do is to come and have a look for yourself.
If you are in Phuket or planning to visit, drop me an email or give me a call and I'll be happy to show you around.
