Natural Skin Rejuvenation: Non Surgical Alternatives

Facial exercises are a great way of counteracting the effects of loose and sagging skin. Facial muscles are directly attached to the skin, unlike the muscles in the rest of your body. By simply doing some of the following exercises for 5 minutes every day can greatly improve the condition of your skin.
Face Beauty Tip One: Eye Exercises
Sit in a relaxed position, exhale and as you inhale, close your eyes. Keep your eyes shut throughout the entire exercise. Now that you're ready you can begin. Look up and look down as far as possible; repeat 10-15 times.
Sit straight and close your eyes again, however, this time around lift your eyebrows and stretch your eyelids as far as possible but while still keeping your eyes shut. Hold that position for at least 10 seconds, and then relax. Repeat 10 times.
Face Beauty Tip Two: Exercises for your Forehead
Place your index fingers just below your eyebrows and above your eyes. Pull down while you raise your eyebrows. Repeat this action 10 times.
Face Beauty Tip Three: Exercises for Neck and Chin
The neck and chin are not part of the face but they do age just as quickly, if not more, than the face. As an added plus, any exercise you do for your neck and chin will also help work the muscles in your face.
When exercising your neck sit straight and tilt your head back gently. Maintain your lips together and relaxed, then slowly move your lower lip so that it places itself over your upper lip. Hold and count to ten; repeat ten times.
For your chin: Simply lean your head back as you did before while maintaining your lips together and relaxed. Now, open your mouth and make an O-shaped ring. Hold while counting to 20. Relax and bring your head back to its normal position.
