Long term complications due to cocaine drug abuse includes increase in blood pressure, chest pain, blurred vision, muscle spasm, convulsions and can be in state of coma.

Treatment for cocaine drug abuse
Some countries provide pharmacological approaches as a treatment for drug abusers but few countries are still lagging behind in using these approaches. No proper treatment is available for cocaine drug abuse but pharmacological approaches can be used for controlling it. Good approaches and treatment strategies are to be assessed based on the health of the drug abuser.
