Also founded in the 1830s, it holds the oldest registered view company logo. Though currently owned by Swatch, it was founded by Auguste Agassiz in Saint-Imier, Switzerland. Calibre De Cartier When Agassiz's son Ernest Francillon took Tag Heuer Carrera over in 1862, he turned the company into a true business. The company's name will come in the tracts of land purchased by Francillon, around a spot called Les Longines.

In 1952, their Photogines device was Hublot Big Bang used Swiss Watches in equestrian sports, as it was the first device that would keep time while also visualizing the finish line.
Alot more recently, Longines celebrated its 175th anniversary too Tag Heuer Grand Carrera as the creation of its 30 millionth watch. Right now, Longines has ten collections for men and seven for ladies, with watches ranging in price from 400 dollars to 3,000 bucks. They use materials including gold, mother-of-pearl, stainless-steel, quartz, and leather-based. Their watches are desired as being a mark of old-world taste and Omega Seamaster Watch distinction.
