Huntington Beach, Calif., has a number of neighborhoods for you to choose from. At any given time, you can find homes in the $100,000 neighborhood or in the seven figure neighborhood. It all depends on what you are looking for, really. A quality place to raise a family or an fixer upper investment property that will pay big dividends on the back end? While a full report on the different neighborhoods of Huntington Beach would last quite a while, what follows are some of the higher quality locations. Keep in mind that you don't have to spend a lot of money to find a home in this region, which will yield big profits. But if you want the ultimate homes in this area, then you might consider making a purchase in these districts:

Ellis-Golden West

Some homes in this part of Huntington Beach go for as much as $1.4 million. You may even be able to find more expensive properties. If you are financially capable of taking on these properties, then you can expect higher construction standards and amenities than you would find in an area like Oak View, for instance. The Ellis-Golden West area is in high demand and has a sterling reputation among the home buyers in the area. Before moving forward with an offer, take a look around, either online or in person, to see if the properties are right for you.

Holly-Seacliff

The Holly-Seacliff neighborhood generally brings with it more selection than Ellis-Golden West, but you can still expect to pay in the low seven figure range (around $1.3 or $1.4 million). With great placement in relation to the rest of Huntington Beach, you'll generally get great amenities and safe neighborhoods to raise families in and rest easy at night.

Huntington Harbour

For a more affordable option that doesn't cut back on quality, you might consider choosing the Huntington Harbour location. Huntington Harbour brings with it a lot of options, and if you are looking for something south of $1 million while still getting a great home in a great neighborhood, then you will probably find it here. In early 2012, as many as 50 properties have been reported for sale, but the number is shrinking, and as the end of the year election approaches, demand is expected to increase.

Seacliff

Again, a quality environment for you to raise your family, retire, or set up shop for life as a single, is the Seacliff area. In Seacliff, you'll find many homes that sell in the low $1 million range, generally offering 3 bedrooms and 2 or 3 bathrooms.

With all these great choices and all the countless there isn't enough room to mention, it's easy to see why people love Huntington Beach.
