If at a $5.25 rate you can stay at a particular position, then the estimator shows the range of projected nodes with variation in price points. Thus, it would help you bid higher if you feel that your business is going to fetch you new customers the AdWords way.

The simulator basically predicts based on the last weeks performance and data that is obtained for a particular keyword. The projections are generally accurate and though can’t be completely trusted provides an estimate about how to go about with Google AdWords. In a way bid simulator can be a time-savior letting you feel the real bid and thus deciding upon the expenses. It not only allows viewing of graphical suggestions but also prompts simulated changes.
