Legal outsourcing, which is also termed as Legal process outsourcing (LPO) is basically a process which involves outsourcing of few functions or tasks that constitute part of the broader delivery of legal services. In other words, legal outsourcing refers to the practice which a law firm or a legal corporation obtain form an outside law firm or legal support Services Company which is termed as Legal Provider Outsourcing or LPO provider. Legal needs and the functions involved in it can be time consuming and can be unpredictable making your law firm or corporate legal department difficult to run efficiently and profitably over time. The range of services needed to address the variety of legal issues arising in daily business operations, In-house legal departments and law firms cannot support on the scale that might be needed.
