I have no idea how often I heard from people telling me you must work really hard. What they continually mentioned to me was: Should you work hard, everything will work out okay. This thought process remains to be pretty popular. Even today, I hear this word coming from various sources of people, such as my friends, co-workers and even my supervisors.

However, lots of people are lost their occupations and most of their retirement saving resulting from last financial disaster despite the fact that they worked very hard. It sounds as if it's not really working. Even if there are lots of circumstances that this method is simply not working, so many people are still hang on to this mantra.

This surely does not mean that you are able to be successful without working hard. Success involves hard work. Rather, you should question "working hard for what". Without the proper long lasting focus of your mission, your own time and energy will be completely lost. Keep asking this question eventually leads to ultimate conclusion of precisely what you will need to target right this moment in order to accomplish your goals.

Most individuals I met surely worked really hard yet these are working hard without having long-term focus in mind besides making their living. Therefore, end result of this is always the same; these people will never prosper in their life.

On the other hands, successful people I have met thinking ahead. They're constantly thinking about this question: What precisely must they do at this time to obtain what they want. Quite simply, successful individuals have crystal clear target and understand exactly what they must be doing in order to achieve their goals.

Once more, success definitely needs hard work however without clear target, you may be wasting your time. Whenever anybody said to you that "if you work really hard, then everything is okay". You must contemplate "work hard for what". Very clear target is critical in order to be successful.
