Ready your necessities
Get your shampoo and conditioner. You will also need comb and of course your towels. Prepare some warm water too.
Comb your hair

Soak your hair in warm water. You should damp your hair for at least 30 seconds.

Now itís time to condition your hair. Put the right amount of conditioner onto your palm. Make sure that it can cover all parts of your hair. Start putting conditioner into your nape. Spread it till your hair tips using your fingers. You can also start again from the part of your forehead. Gently apply it till you have reached the tip of your hair.
Let the conditioner stay for at least 3 minutes. Just comb your hair to spread it evenly while waiting. You also try massaging your scalp while waiting. This will help your hair absorb more nutrients.
Rinse your with warm water. Wash it till the conditioner is gone. This will help remove excess oil out of your hair. Be sure to thoroughly rinse your hair.
Use cold water
After rinsing the conditioner with warm water, use cold water for the final wash. Cold water tightens the pores on your scalp. It tightens the scalpís hold on your hair bulb and prevents it from hair fall. It also produces less frizz and more shine. Warm water does the opposite. It loosens pores and results to more hair fall.
Washing your hair properly reduces the risk of getting your hair damage. It also promotes hair growth and health. Wash your hair on a regular basis but not necessarily daily. Let the natural oil on your scalp help in protecting your hair. Washing your hair everyday will remove all natural oil out of your hair. Be sure to wash only for 2-3 times a week.
