Easy Steps to Email Web Pages in a Mac OS X Run System

Follow the below mentioned steps to use the webpage mailing feature in OS X-run system:

In the Safari browser, open the web page that you want to share.
Press Command key “I,” or you can go to the Safari toolbar and click on “File,” then on “Share” button.
Next, select “Email this Page”
In the next step, under “Send Web Content” option, you are required to select your desired format.
Following formats are available in the Mac OS X run system:

Reader: By selecting this format, you will be able to send the web page's text and images just as they appear in Safari Reader

Web Page: By selecting this format, you will send the web page as it appears on the Safari browser. (If you select this format, then make sure to also select the “Make Rich Text” option from the menu.

PDF: When you select this option, you can send the content of the web page in a PDF file to your recipient. In PDF option, you have the flexibility to do your own kind of formatting with the content and your recipient will see the PDF file with that formatting only, irrespective of his email programs. But it is necessary that your recipients’ device must be capable of showing PDFs.

Link Only: Instead of selecting the format, you can simply mail the link also, so that your recipient can copy the link and open it in his/her own browser. However, by default as well OS X Mail always includes the link irrespective of the format you have chosen.

Emailing feature in the Mac OS X-run system is a great feature that Mac users will love. This makes the sharing of web pages quite fast and easy. The long process of copy-pasting the content in a doc and then converting it to PDF and then mailing it to the recipients is a troublesome task. But with this web page mailing feature, users can be smart and prompt in mailing and sharing the information.
