On burn up days you'll eat a low calorie diet and then on supply days you will eat pizza, burgers and other items that will delight you. That cycling makes the diet easier to follow than most diets. The Every Other Day Diet by Jon Benson is an excellent example of how fun a diet may be. Offers a concrete solution to maintain your damage
The drawbacks to Caloric Cycling are:
Average weight loss
Might have some plateauing
The hGC diet and Caloric cycling, within my experience, are much simpler ways to reduce weight and keep it off. If you've tried different ways or are only buying new method to lose fat then the hGC diet and/or Caloric Cycling should be definitely checked out by you.
