Finland is rich in rivers and lakes which provide wondrous environment for fishing in various parts of the country. That provides great opportunity for fishing lovers. In fishing there are different kinds of flies used. Fly fishing method is however widely known and esteemed method for catching trout, grayling as well as salmon. This method is also used for broad types of fish fishing namely panfish,bass,pike and carp.
The main types of fly fishing flies are Imitators and Attractors. Imitators are kind of the flies who imitate the living creatures and may get their attention whereas Attractors donít imitate anything in specific they simply draw a special kind of response from the fish.A Perhot (dry fly) copies insects that are commonly found on surface of the water.

2-10 is the usual hook size. Depending on the size of the river and the water level tackle should be chosen. It is desirable to use more lightweight tackle for fishing when waters are low.
