When it is time for you to find a nanny there are a few points to bear in mind. Think as well about once you find a nanny, whether you want them to live in the house with you would you prefer them to be a part of the family and join in family activities or would you prefer someone who is happy to join in while she has the care of the children but who will want to live her own life the rest of the time? You need to know what you would like in order to make sure that you ask the right questions of applicants so that you and they both are happy with what is agreed.
