These are the two major food components that can surely lower your high blood pressure. Fish oils keep BP under check. Fish oils have incredible health effects. Raw, as well as cooked, garlic acts as a natural remedy for high blood pressure and hypertension.

Healthy lifestyle with healthy food can reduce the chances of hypertension. Try to restrict the sedentary lifestyle, in order to prevent hypertension. Your simple healthy steps can cure your hypertension. You do not always have to stick to medicines to cure this common ailment.
