How do I get academic regalia?
The Academic Affairs office pays to rent regalia for faculty who don't have their own. This applies to both the opening day convocation in the fall and to commencement in the spring. You can order by going to the CSB/SJU Bookstore home page and clicking on Academic Regalia Ordering Information. The bookstore site you choose is determined by the campus where you were hired and the billing goes directly to Academic Affairs.The Commencement Participation Form (CPF) is a two-part form available only in the packet of information mailed to eligible graduates prior to the ceremony date. This form must be completed and both parts returned to the University Registrar's Office along with the appropriate fee in the envelope provided. The receipt of the form by NSU serves to reserve your place in the ceremony and to order the standard regalia (cap and gown) from the NSU Bookstore. Faxed forms cannot be accepted.Graduation regalia should be returned within two hours after the commencement exercises.
WHERE CAN I RENT OR PURCHASE REGALIA?

Where do I receive information concerning graduation regalia and pictures?
A letter will be mailed to each student's permanent address that has applied for graduation. This letter gives details of how and where to pick up cap and gown and have professional photos taken. For more detailed information you should visit the return counter at the University Bookstore.The club's spares and regalia lists (including remanufactured, new-old-stock and second-hand items for all models catered for by the club) are constantly updated, and the most recent are published in each issue of Sidevalve News. This is available to members only. We cannot supply spares or regalia lists online or via email. To find out more about the kinds of spares we generally carry, please visit our spares information page.Unfortunately not. The school rents regalia for each student from Jostens.
After graduation when should I return my regalia?

Will there be a place to change from street clothes to Procession regalia?
Yes, we will provide indoor changing facilities at the D.C. Armory and outdoor changing and storage tents at the Procession staging area. The D.C. Armory, located at 2001 East Capitol Street, S.E., adjacent to RFK Stadium, can be used to off-site, indoor changing. After changing, Procession participants can board free shuttle buses to the staging area on the National Mall.Students: All students purchase their regalia directly through the Bookstore (either online or in person). The deadline for student regalia orders is April 1, 2007. You may pick up your regalia from the Bookstore prior to Graduation.
