Complete Merchant Solutions Ribbon-Cutting and New Office

With the help of the Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce, the move was made official with a ribbon-cutting ceremony set-up and performed by the Chamber with the co-founders of CMS last May 18, 2011. Now, Complete Merchant Solutions conducts business in its new office located at 5132 N 300 W Ste 100, Provo, Utah.

After successfully working for an agent office of Wells Fargo Bank, Dave Decker of Utah co-founded Complete Merchant Solutions in 2008 in Orem, Utah. Capitalizing his experience in the bankcard industry, Complete Merchant Solutions or CMS was created to provide bankcard merchant services to brick and mortar as well as e-commerce businesses across the country. With complete products and services matched with great rates, CMS began a great year even being featured in the Utah Valley BusinessQ as number 2 in the top start-up businesses to watch in 2010.

This year the company was also recognized as one of the fastest growing merchant acquirers, receiving a Presidentís Award from First Data and the number 86 spot in the Nilson Report. Currently with 30 employees, CMS serves thousands of merchants in the United States. Their goal is to increase their staff to more than 50 employees by the end of 2012 and to be a nationally recognized that is ranked among the top 50 US merchant bankcard providers in the nation by 2015. Showing their expertise and great customer service in all transactions, Complete Merchant Solutions is gearing in that direction.

As the managing partner of CMS, Mr. Decker is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the company. Prior to co-founding CMS, Mr. Decker served as the VP of Sales for a large agent office of 1st National Processing, a registered ISO/MSP of Wells Fargo Bank. Mr. Decker helped grow the company from two local sales offices to 11 offices across seven states that included nearly 50 outside sales agents and over 40 inside sales agents.
