Do you often drink fruit or vegetable juices? It is possible that you are a juicearian after all. We have all heard the name "vegetarian" or "vegan" and now and then the word "fruitarian" also.

But the name "juicearian" is a little bit more unusual, and not used as much. But times are changing since more and more individuals are aware of ways of how to improve on their health. Consuming wholesome freshly squeezed vegetable or fruit juices is sure one of them!

The most important benefit of real fresh wheatgrass juice - juice made from raw, live, soil-grown wheat grass-, is the apparent high quantity of life force energy that it contains. It is one of the few truly fresh foods on hand (sprouts are another).

The grass is alive and growing right up to the time it is juiced, and with any chance you are drinking it within a few minutes or so of juicing. Most of us get our green veggies from food stores, and they were picked a few days before and refrigerated - losing energy the whole time.

It is an even worse situation for fruit, which could have been picked weeks before you eat it, and in some cases, held in cold storage for months - losing vitality all that time. In contrast, anybody can grow wheatgrass inside, and consume it when it is really fresh.

In conclusion, consuming plenty of fresh fruit juices daily will purify your system, make you feel completely energized and last but not least, you will look great. Others will wonder what you are doing differently! If they ask for your secret, just answer " I'm a juicearian".
