Try to show skills which are relevant for the role you are interested in. The employer may also ask you to elaborate in detail about what you have written here. The information which you give should make sense to your job application.
In the end, people do mention references. It is generally required to give a reference of your previous employer. This is required for background check. However, you can simply write “references are available on request” here. Employers will ask for references only when they have made up their mind to hire you and are in the last leg of gathering information about you.
Other important thing to keep in mind is the structure and composition of the resume. Don’t make it too long and stuff it with unnecessary information. This will put off the employer. Most of the recruiters prefer a short and crisp resume. Your resume should not be more than two pages long. Always write the most relevant information on the first page of the CV.
