Describe the functions and choices of System Home and ToolsCenter
Configure IBM's components control solutions (AMM, IMM, and RSA II).
Use a centrally managed IBM System x tool to confirm BIOS/ UEFI, firmware stage, and analytic edition stage and upgrade if necessary.
Perform problem solving on installation and settings relevant issues.
Design and employ customer assistance strategy and problem escalation procedures
Describe the analytic functions available on System x and Edge hosts.
