The Oscar winning actress Halle Berry has very recently launched her new perfume scent range called “Halle”. The actress has had the idea of a perfume in the pipeline for a long time and says that its has taken over two years to come to fruition. Halle has suggested that the fragrance took such a long time to get right and get onto the market because she was very careful about overseeing ever element of it. She went on to say that it was not an easy task to embed her personality into the scent and lots of adjustments had to be made.!br>
Halle is now very happy with the end result, stating “its’ a real, true expression of who I am”. The smell has been categorized as a woody oriental perfume that has qualities of sandalwood and a sweet vanilla aroma. The fragrance also includes mimosa and fig and has undertones of pear blossom, bergamot and freesia. A late include by Halle was olibanum, a root found in Africa that acts to add spice and depth to the scent.
The product claims it will be the most natural product in the perfume shop and contains no harsh or processed ingredients. This is a selling point that Halle was ready to demonstrate recently when she took a swig of her perfume on the TV show Ellen DeGeneres. It was Ellen who first took a sip of the stuff and when she handed the bottle and a glass to Halle, the actress happily did the same. After the show Halle commented that although it didn’t have the nicest taste, she was confident that it wouldn’t do any harm because the ingredients are only things found in nature. Halle also said the if a products was not good for nature or was harmful to any part of the body then she would not have her name on the label.
Halle Berry's perfume, which is called 'Halle' will be available in 50, 30 and 15ml Eau de Parfum and in matching body washes and perfume gifts
